Dumbbell Bench Press with Amer Delic In a recent post, I had Amer demonstrate the standard pushup with the weight vest incorporated. Here we are hitting the "pushing" muscles again but using dumbbells. Both are great exercises and should be placed in any strength program. I like the db press because you are using "single" arms to move the weight. If you want to build endurance, perform sets of 15 to 25 reps. For strength aim for 4 to 12 reps.
