You have worked hard for your money and you deserve the best clothes for your athletic endeavors.

If you are not happy with the product you purchased from us, we will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange the product for a different Athletic DNA product.

If you purchased the product in a retail store, please take it back to the store you bought it in.

See below for instructions on how to return or exchange a product purchased in our online store.

Returns Policy

The Basics:
-  All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
-  All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at time of return.
-  All garments are subject to inspection.
-  Shipping costs are not refunded.

There are no special catches or exceptions.
Please do not take your return to an Athletic DNA retail store or to another retailer that sells Athletic DNA products.  We sold it to you – we are on the hook for it – we will take care of everything.

Package the item(s) securely and ship them to Athletic DNA Returns using the address listed below. Please make sure your package is prepaid, as we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.  If you are looking for an exchange, please put a note in the package that sets forth the product you would like in exchange.

Upon our receipt of the product, a credit in the form of payment used, less shipping charges, will be issued.  A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of the return process.  If an exchange was requested, you will receive an email confirmation when the shipment with the new product is processed.

Returns and Exchanges Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 Business days.  Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
