In this drill, Dustin Taylor, Robert's coach is situated in one corner of the court while Robert is on the other side of the net. Dustin will hit primarily slice, floating, chips, while Robert punishes the forehand.
Robert explains the purpose of taking your strength and aiming it towards your opponents weakness. This is an excellent strategy to have at all levels. Next time you are playing a match, look to see if you see any differences between your opponents backhand or forehand, and learn to exploit the weaker side.
