Multi Movement Strength Training with Sam Querrey

Pauly P here and I am not a big believer in Two Legged Squats for tennis players, but I do like this very functional exercise that incorporates a row with a squat.

This is awesome for so many types of athletes and people. It really gets the heart rate going, builds endurance, and helps people learning how to work from the ground up while using the kinetic chained stored in their body.

The Kinetic Chain is from the ankle, to knee, to hip, to shoulders, and out through the hand.

Remember to keep your lower back straight, and start off with a light weight so you can practice the movement.
