Med Ball Rotational Power

 At the Orange Bowl, Liam Caruana and I had some great training sessions while it rained.  Here is a small clip of Liam working his core with a medicine ball.

You can perform this exercise with your coach or friend.  Have him catch the ball and toss it back to you.  If you have a wall, that may work as well. Just be sure that it is sturdy!

Try starting with a 4 pound ball and working your way up the medicine ball ladder!
