Last summer I worked with Robby Ginepri in Atlanta, GA to help him get ready for the USOpen, I wanted to work on his upper body strength so he could get more velocity on his forehand and serve.
Here is Robby demonstrating a great one. This exercise will target your lats, delts, and rotator cuff muscles. The added twist at the end works the forearms and wrists.
A comparison to this exercise would be the pull up where your palms face you. This type of pullup targets the lats and biceps more, while a pullup with your palms away from you would target your shoulders more.
